I like the organic ingredients and pro biotic properties. So far I am happy with it. However my lifestyle also involves drinking and bad days - which is where this comes in handy to give me a boost!
That's probably not the way it's intended to be used however it really works to boost me on my "bad" days! I purchased the small size to see if I noticed any difference. I did. I then went on to purchase the large size. I love this superfoods powder mixed a large glass of water first thing on a morning, this really helps my energy levels. Amazing stuff and lasts forever. I notice the difference in a few days in my hair , nails and skin as well as my gut health.
